More and more companies are seeing the value or ROC (Return on Coaching) and hiring coaches to be available to their employees. As an Executive Leadership Coach/well-being Coach, we are able to cover a range of professional and personal challenges and crises that may arise.

 

I have worked with large corporates going through large-scale restructuring, change management, and culture change, as well as early-stage and growth-stage companies that have to build teams and manage the stressors of growth. 

 

With my background in People/HR functions, I have also done team building and culture initiatives, upskilling new managers and recently promoted employees, to set them up for success.

Working One-on-One

My coaching style is to provide a confidential, safe, non-judgmental space to explore anything and everything that you are dealing with right now. I have seen the benefit of having a coach as a mirror and thinking partner at important moments of my life, and my commitment is to provide that for others. 

 

We all have unconscious patterns, behaviors, and blind spots that influence how we operate every day, personally and professionally. Coaching is about discovering those and raising your self-awareness, self-mastery, and self-responsibility. These are three leadership requirements for how you show up at work and in your life.

 

Whether you realize it or not, more and more people are working with a coach. They might not have told you this or be out in the open just yet, but thankfully, coaching is becoming accepted as a real path to success! My clients use coaching for a range of things such as:

Professional Crises

You feel like you are in the wrong job or industry, or could just be “doing better” in your current capacity.. You are disengaged and probably exhausted. You might hate your boss, or think your boss hates you, you might not have received the promotion or increase you feel like you deserve and don’t know how to ask for it. You’re underpaid. Your gut tells you, something needs to change. You could also be appointed to a new role, or company or are, struggling to make the transition to a managerial role. We work together to understand the root of your crisis and dissatisfaction and plot and take action on a way forward.

Personal Crisis

Personal crises can range from losing a loved one, an issue with one of your children, a health diagnosis to feeling like you are in the wrong relationship or are keen to not be single anymore. Whether its divorce, infertility or needing to make an important decision, coaching will get you to feeling more empowered and clear with your choices.

Feeling Stuck/Inflection Points

You may have a sense that your life could be better or richer, or you just have a dull “bla” feeling month after month. Maybe you recognize that your life, health, career, and relationships will not be what you want if you do not take ownership of them. Like so many, your life doesn’t look like what you thought it would, and there is a sense of disappointment. We work together to identify areas and strategies to close this gap and create a different reality.
